The Client Service Executive is responsible for managing client interactions, resolving service inquiries, and ensuring smooth administrative support for client-related activities. The role plays a critical function in maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating internal service delivery processes.
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and meetings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or solutions
Maintain and update client databases, service records, and documentation
Assist in preparing service agreements, proposals, and client communications
Track client service progress and follow up on feedback or complaints
Support the operations team in administrative tasks related to client servicing
Compile periodic reports on service performance and client satisfaction
Ensure all client interactions are recorded and properly documented
1–2 years of experience in customer service, client coordination, or support roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Able to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
