  • Lead and manage the overall housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and schedules.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
  • Coordinate with the front office to manage room status and prioritize cleaning.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities; manage procurement and budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Prepare reports, including room status, occupancy, staff productivity, and cost control.
  • Organize periodic deep cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the department.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues with the engineering department.
  • Support sustainability efforts, including linen reuse programs and chemical usage control.
