The HR & Recruitment Consultant is responsible for executing a range of human resource and talent acquisition functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination. The role acts as a liaison between clients, candidates, and internal HR processes, ensuring efficient delivery of staffing and administrative support services.
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for client and internal positions (posting, sourcing, interviewing, placement)
Assist in drafting job descriptions, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
Support HR operations including leave tracking, personnel file management, and HR compliance
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Liaise with client HR departments on staffing needs and contractual updates
Handle preliminary staff counselling, performance data collection, and HR documentation
Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and candidate feedback summaries
Provide consultation to candidates on job requirements and expectations
Assist with internal HR policies and implementation of manpower regulations
Minimum 1–2 years of combined experience in HR operations and recruitment
Strong organizational, people management, and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of labor laws, EPF/SOCSO/EIS regulations is a plus
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
