The IT Executive is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networks within the organization or client environment. This role includes troubleshooting, user assistance, system configuration, and preventive IT maintenance.
Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and mobile devices
Assist with user account creation, access rights, and IT onboarding for new staff
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi/network connectivity
Maintain IT asset inventory and software license tracking
Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, upgrades, and warranty claims
Support remote troubleshooting and helpdesk escalation processes
Ensure data backup procedures are followed and system security protocols are applied
Document incidents, resolutions, and IT process logs
1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics
Hands-on experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting
Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
