The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily operational activities within the company or client’s premises. The role ensures administrative tasks, process flows, and team operations are carried out efficiently and according to standard operating procedures.
Coordinate and monitor operational workflows and activity schedules
Assist in preparing operational reports, documentation, and data tracking
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to support daily operations
Ensure smooth running of office or site operations including logistics, staffing, and resources
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolution of administrative issues
Prepare SOP checklists, verify staff attendance, and support shift/task scheduling
Submit reports related to productivity, output tracking, or task fulfillment
Assist in audits, compliance checks, and maintaining proper documentation
Maintain effective communication across teams to support project deliverables
Minimum 1–2 years experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
Organized, adaptable, and proactive in handling day-to-day challenges
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
