The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operational activities and ensures smooth coordination between teams, clients, and management. This role is responsible for supervising frontline staff, monitoring task execution, resolving operational issues, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Supervise and guide operational team members in their daily tasks
Monitor work schedules, task progress, and performance standards
Ensure operational procedures are followed according to company SOPs
Coordinate with clients or departments to ensure timely service delivery
Conduct routine checks to identify bottlenecks or process issues
Prepare basic reports on team performance, incidents, and workflow updates
Assist in training and onboarding new operations staff
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve operational efficiency
Escalate critical issues to Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary
Diploma or Degree in Business Operations, Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations or supervisory role
Strong team coordination and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, basic reporting)
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Responsible, proactive, and able to handle pressure in fast-paced environments
