The Admin Executive oversees administrative tasks, coordinates office operations, and ensures proper documentation, reporting, and communication support across departments. The role is responsible for maintaining organized administrative systems and supporting daily office needs.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Prepare letters, memos, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
Monitor office supplies and procurement processes
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal communications and office-wide announcements
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients on operational matters
Track and submit reports for petty cash, expenses, attendance, etc.
Ensure compliance with administrative SOPs and company policies
Support other departments in data entry, formatting, and documentation tasks
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well-organized with strong time management and multitasking skills
Good interpersonal and communication abilities
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
