The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying client hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate placements. The role acts as a bridge between employers and potential talent, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment experience for both parties.
Liaise with client companies to understand their hiring needs and role requirements
Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms
Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and background checks
Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and shortlisted candidates
Advise candidates on job roles, expectations, and career progression
Maintain and update internal candidate database (talent pool)
Follow up with clients and candidates post-interview for feedback and next steps
Assist in onboarding procedures and documentation where required
Prepare regular reports on hiring activity and progress
At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously
Familiar with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn, Jobstore)
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting
